Custom Curl Care Session to provide curl nourishment, strengthening and maintaining optimal health. Inclusive of : - Double Deep Cleansing + Clarifying Wash - Hydrating + Moisturizing Steam Cleanse - Custom Care Strengthening Treatment - Curl By Curl Cut ( clean up curl frizz while styling ) * not detailed trim - Curl Definition Style and Set Choose your session type below -Complete Care : Treatment Only -Complete Care + Cut : Includes Complimentary Detox + Damage Trim/Cut + Shaped Cut - Complete Care and Cut + Color : all inclusive experience for return clients who want to refresh or explore color. Intensive Curl Care Boosters May be requested/ added into your treatments based on specific concerns or treatment target. *will be at an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: Additional Charges will apply for the various color processes used and color/bleach bowl mixtures.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS FOR CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING Appointment Request is ACCEPTED once deposit is RECEIVED. Requesting to book does not guarantee automatic approval until deposit/payment is received. If after 24hrs of requesting an appointment that is not confirmed with payment, the appointment request will be declined. You are welcome to book again once you are ready to make prompt payments. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may not be transferrable in cases of cancellations/ no show or rescheduling. Deposits will be refunded in the event that a session is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS once a service is completed. New Clients - Full Payment are requested. If we allow your consultation fee to go towards your new client service the balance i expected upon reservation. -Any Cancellations or Rescheduling MUST be made within 3-5 days of scheduled appointment to avoid charges/fees . This will allow you to transfer deposit to an upcoming date
