Over the years, I realized that hair is about so much more than appearance. For many women, it is deeply connected to confidence, identity, self-expression, and self-worth. Through my own experiences, I learned how powerful it can be to embrace who you are naturally, and I became committed to helping other women feel empowered in their own hair journey.

That passion led me to create The Curl Boss—a platform dedicated to education, healthy hair care, and helping women build confidence through knowledge and understanding. What started as sharing tips, experiences, and services has evolved into a growing ecosystem of brands focused on beauty, education, and empowerment.

Today, I am the founder of The Curl Bar Jamaica, a specialty curl-focused studio that provides personalized experiences for women with textured hair. I have also expanded into product development through The Curl Boss Collection and professional education through Curl Code Academy, with a vision of serving both clients and beauty professionals.

As an entrepreneur, I am passionate about building businesses that solve real problems, create meaningful experiences, and leave a lasting impact. My work extends beyond the salon chair into content creation, mentorship, product development, digital marketing, and business strategy. I openly share the realities of entrepreneurship—the wins, the challenges, the lessons, and the growth—because I believe transparency creates connection.

My mission is to help women feel confident in who they are while building brands, products, services, and educational resources that support that journey. Whether through a salon experience, a product, a class, or a piece of content, my goal is always the same: to help people feel more informed, empowered, and confident than they were before.

When I'm not working behind the scenes on one of my brands, you'll usually find me creating content, developing new ideas, learning something new, or dreaming up the next way to serve my community.
