Curl Discovery & Detox Signature Experience A personalized one-on-one experience with The Curl Boss, designed to uncover what your curls truly need. We’ll look beyond curl type to assess your hair’s condition, buildup, dehydration, habits and current concerns, then create a customized care plan to help restore moisture, improve definition and simplify your routine. Your experience includes: • In-depth consultation and curl assessment • Professional detox and clarifying cleanse system • Customized hydration and conditioning treatment • Gentle detangling and curl-defining style • Personalized product and home-care recommendations • Curl education and guidance directly from The Curl Boss Perfect for new clients, curls in need of a reset, or anyone ready to understand and care for their natural hair with greater confidence.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS FOR CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING Appointment Request is ACCEPTED once deposit is RECEIVED. Requesting to book does not guarantee automatic approval until deposit/payment is received. If after 24hrs of requesting an appointment that is not confirmed with payment, the appointment request will be declined. You are welcome to book again once you are ready to make prompt payments. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may not be transferrable in cases of cancellations/ no show or rescheduling. Deposits will be refunded in the event that a session is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS once a service is completed. New Clients - Full Payment are requested. If we allow your consultation fee to go towards your new client service the balance i expected upon reservation. -Any Cancellations or Rescheduling MUST be made within 3-5 days of scheduled appointment to avoid charges/fees . This will allow you to transfer deposit to an upcoming date
