

CONSULTATION: Damage Detection
This consultation is for clients who are dealing with severe damage and dehydration.
Service Description
Damage can sometimes be undetectable but suspected and this may include: - breakage and excessive shedding - spilt ends, knotting and matting throughout the hair - exposure to heat, chemical or excess manipulation - changes to texture and elasticity ( limp, loose or straight pieces throughout curls ) The cause and severity of damage is discussed and then plan for damage repair, restoration or removal is provided. This service may include a ( WET assessment ) detailed cleanse and assessment for damage detection while hair is wet to see how it responds to water. There is no styling included. You will be recommended for follow up for Curl Rehabilitation Experience. *Upgrade to Consultation with Damage Repair/ Removal to immediately address the concerns before your follow up visit for deep restoration and revival. Hair is cleansed then custom treatment. No styling is included. Hair is prepped to go in 2-3 simple flat-twists. Notes for service upgrade: - Damage Repair : Includes Custom Treatment tailored to your concerns. -Damage Removal: Includes Corrective Cut/Chop to remove damaged and broken ends. You will require follow up sessions and commitment to treatment plan is necessary for improvements overtime.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS FOR CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING Appointment Request is ACCEPTED once deposit is RECEIVED. Requesting to book does not guarantee automatic approval until deposit/payment is received. If after 24-48hrs of requesting an appointment that is not confirmed with payment, the appointment request will be declined. You are welcome to book again once you are ready to make prompt payments. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and may not be transferrable in cases of cancellations/ no show or rescheduling. Deposits will be refunded in the event that a session is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS once a service is completed. -Any Cancellations or Rescheduling MUST be made within 3-5 days of scheduled appointment to avoid charges/fees . This will allow you to transfer deposit to an upcoming appointment rescheduled within the same month. (You are allowed ONE reschedule with the transferrable deposit ) - Same Day/ Last Minute ( within 24hrs of appointment) Cancellations will not result in a refund nor transfer of deposit. Your deposit will be forfeited and new deposit required for an upcoming appointment. We understand situations may arise, you are welcome to reschedule or make a new appointment, requiring a new deposit to reserve this space. - NO SHOWS are subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost or payment of the remaining balance before being able to book a new service which the previous deposit/payments does not go towards. - There is a 15 minute grace period, lateness may result in cancellation, service adjustment or additional charges. Unfortunately, late arrival over an 30 mins - 1hr of start time will result in automatic cancellation and your deposit is forfeited, if we decide to move forward with your service despite lateness, there will be a fee of $500 for every 10 minutes delay of appointment start time. Please communicate in the event or unavoidable lateness so accommodations can be made for you. PREMIUM BOOKING APPOINTMENT FEES ( Fees that will apply in addition to booked service cost ) - Closed Day Appointment Request MON to TUES ( $2500 ) - Squeeze In / Same Day Booking ( Full Payment required upfront ) - Early Morning *9AM Start Time ( $1500 ) or Late Evening *4:30/5PM Start Time ($1500-$3000) * Any appointment starting 30mins to an hour before or 5PM ) -Public Holiday $5000 - House Call /Mobile Service : 20% Service Charge + Travel Expenses (in addition to cost of service )
