Length Appearance

Curly textures appear 2–4 inches shorter when worn curly. Choose longer lengths if you want extra hang time.

Shedding & Tangles

Minimal shedding is normal (wefted hair). Prevent tangles by keeping hair hydrated, detangled, and protected during sleep and workouts.

Professional Install Recommended

For best results, book with a curl-experienced stylist or The Curl Bar Jamaica. Incorrect installs or cutting of wefts may affect longevity.

Pre-Orders / Custom:

Standard (non-sale periods): 10–14 business days to process.

Major sales (e.g., Black Friday) & consolidated batch orders: 14–18 business days to process.

We batch all paid orders and place one supplier order (typically on Mondays).

Your processing window starts after that supplier order date (shared in your confirmation).

Shipping, Pickup & Deadlines

Local In Salon pickup (Kingston) based on salon opening hours.

Islandwide & international shipping available; transit times are in addition to processing. (Knutsford, Zipmail, FedEx etc ) Transit times vary from courier to courier.

For sales/drops, payments must be completed by the stated deadline to be included in that batch.

Once the supplier order is placed for your pre-order, it becomes final (we are custom-sourcing for you).

What Counts as Ready-to-Ship

Any item marked READY-TO-SHIP (RTS) on the product page or in your cart. Inventory is physically on hand and has already passed QC.

Full payment is required to begin processing or before shipping/in-salon pick up is initiated and confirmed.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required to reserve your pre-order and be included in our next supplier batch.

During sales/drops, payments must be completed by the published deadline (e.g., Nov 30, 11:59 PM Jamaica time).

Orders with unpaid balances by the deadline are not included in the batch and may be cancelled.

Accepted methods: bank transfer, card, PayPal (where available). Processing fees shown at checkout or invoiced (if applicable).

For pre-orders, the processing window (e.g., 14–18 business days) begins after our supplier order is placed (you’ll receive that date in your confirmation).

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

You may request changes or cancellations before the supplier order is placed.

After the supplier order is placed, pre-orders become final sale (we are sourcing specifically for you).

Due to the hygienic/custom nature of our products, no returns/exchanges once processing begins.

If you believe an item is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery, before installing or altering the hair. Items must be unused, uncut, and in original condition for assessment.

Pre-Orders / Custom items: Sales are final once our supplier batch is placed (we are custom-sourcing for you). There are no refunds granted during the processing/production time.

Ready-to-Ship (RTS): You may cancel or change an order before dispatch. After dispatch or pickup, RTS items are final sale due to the hygienic nature of hair products.

Installed, altered, or worn items (cut lace/wefts, colored, washed, styled, glued) are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.

Tip: Please review your length/texture/density carefully before checkout. Curly hair is measured stretched and appears 2–4" shorter when worn curly.
